- We only use premium human hair of your choice for all wigs - COLOURED or VIRGIN;
- You will receive support and advice throughout the whole wig making process;
- Lace Front, Mono Top, Silk Top, Silicone and more are available – all cap materials are colour matched to client’s skin tone.
- For all of our local clientele we make a head mould and match a lace to your skin to get an exact match. For all of our abroad clients, we require detailed head measurements to get a precise hair piece (we send instructions on how to do the measurements);
- We also offer repair services on our wigs, so your cap can get refreshed and this way will last you longer;
- We have a qualified hairdresser, who does all sorts of hairdressing arts on hair pieces – highlights, hair cutting;
- We also provide custom made pieces, you can select the hair type, color, cut, coverage and design — completely individual to you.

- Our customized hair pieces can be trimmed to blend seamlessly into your own hair, also a root stretch or fine low lights foils can be added to create a more realistic look to the human hair topper and match to your own hair colour at an additional cost.

Just follow the easy steps below:
1. Tell us which colour, length, cap size, denisity, hair material or other specific requests (for example, no comb/all clips, poly strip front, lace front, etc.) you require to create, please include it in your email.
2. We will send you a price quotation. If you reply to us that you would like to proceed, we will then send you a paypal payment request.
3. We will start production upon receiving your payment. Production usually takes about 70-60 Business Days.
4. After your order is completed, we will send you some photos to give you a preview before we dispatch it.

Your can also just send through inspiration photos and photos of your current hair colour to help us accurately colour match. we will discuss which colour blend, length and weight you require to create. If you see a hair system you like on our instagram page (@extensionsofgold) it is easier for us to duplicate it, as we usually have the color codes in our systems.

Our custom orders generally average 1-8 weeks once details and payment are finalized. Due to the complexity of some pieces more time may be required.

Special custom order can not be retured unless the product is not customized as required.

The price is different according to different custom options. If you do not have a budget, we will ask you a series of questions and based on the answers you give, we can tell you which hair would best suit you!
